At Belknap Electric, Inc all of our workers are licensed and certified for your protection. We're also a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Our employees are required to attend 2 years of vocational training, and a 5-year apprenticeship, and must be enrolled in continuing education provided through the IBEW and the National Electrical Contractors Association.
We service all of Duluth, Superior, and the surrounding areas, from Grand Marais to the Twin Cities and Brainerd, MN to Ashland, WI. Electrical Safety Is Our First Priority
At Belknap Electric, Inc your safety is our top priority. We're continually updating our safety requirements and strive to meet or exceed today's construction safety standards.
We have safety meetings weekly on all job sites and gather all employees for a company-wide safety meeting at least once a quarter. We comply with all OSHA Safety Standards on the job site and have many individuals trained in Mine Safety MSHA, Pipeline ISNet, and Veriforce as well.
Belknap Electric, Inc is qualified to work on many industrial sites including Calumet Oil and Enbridge pipeline property. We have personnel available with TWIC cards and E-Rail Safe for railroad work. We employ a full-time safety coordinator who is a certified OSHA instructor and is qualified to instruct others in OSHA 10 and 10+20 programs.
